Finding Eutopia is a creative service designed to help you transform stories, memories and written material into personalised creative works. These may include:

• Lyrics
• Songs
• Alternative musical interpretations
• Cinematic films
• Creations incorporating photographs or video you supply

The exact products available may change as the service develops.

When using Finding Eutopia, please provide information honestly and do not deliberately submit material that:

• You have no right to use
• Unlawfully infringes another person's rights
• Is illegal
• Is intended to harm or abuse another person
• You are not authorised to provide

You remain responsible for the material you submit.

Personal stories naturally mention family members, friends and other people. Please use reasonable judgement when sharing information about others, and avoid submitting unnecessary, highly sensitive information about another person without their appropriate permission.

You keep ownership of the original stories, photographs, videos, poems and other material you submit, subject to any third-party rights that already exist.

By submitting material, you give Finding Eutopia permission to process and use that material only as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service you have requested. Submitting a story does not automatically give Finding Eutopia permission to publish it publicly.

Finding Eutopia uses creative and generative technology. Because creative generation is involved:

• Results can vary
• Interpretation is subjective
• Musical and visual outputs may differ from what you imagined
• We cannot guarantee that every creative choice will match your personal taste

That said, we aim to provide the product and service described to you at the time of purchase.

Rights in the material you supply remain with the relevant owner. Rights relating to generated music, imagery and other creative output may also be affected by the terms and licences of the technology providers used to create that output.

The specific usage rights that apply to a purchased creation will be communicated to you as part of that product or service where necessary.

Finding Eutopia will not publicly publish your private source story simply because you have created a song or film. If we would like to feature a customer creation, testimonial or story publicly, we will seek appropriate permission first.

You may choose to share your own finished creations, subject to the usage rights that apply to that creation.

Where paid products are offered:

• Prices will be shown before purchase
• You will be told what is included
• Payment must be successfully completed before paid creation begins, unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions, where offered, will show their billing frequency and cancellation arrangements

Finding Eutopia creations are personalised and production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Once creation or generation has begun, costs are incurred in producing the personalised work. For this reason, change-of-mind cancellations or refunds may not be available once production has started, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a paid service or digital product is faulty, not supplied as described, or you otherwise have rights under applicable consumer law, those rights remain unaffected.

Before commercial launch, Finding Eutopia will implement the appropriate checkout acknowledgement where immediate production or supply affects your statutory cancellation rights.

Estimated creation and delivery times may be provided during your journey. Because the service relies partly on specialist technology providers, occasional delays or temporary service interruptions may occur. We will aim to communicate any material delays appropriately.

Finding Eutopia may change, improve, replace or discontinue features as the product develops, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Finding Eutopia is designed to create family-safe, customer-facing content. Generated content is intended to avoid profanity, crude language and inappropriate sexual or offensive material.

At the same time, meaningful stories may naturally address genuine human experiences such as grief, loss, illness, hardship or remembrance. The aim is deep emotion without inappropriate language.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, Finding Eutopia is provided as a creative service and we ask you to bear in mind the nature of creative generation described above.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
